Logosoft have released an additional feature for WebeX that can further automate engagement. Auto-Reports automatically sends defined reports to selected individuals at set intervals, saving you time and resources. This allows all departments to be notified of information relevant to them, whether they’re in or out of the office.
Auto-Reports can be accessed through Roster Manager to set the rules for the automated report. A user can select a report, the frequency that it is sent, period length and recipients for each one. Queries are also be available. For example, you could select to send a Late Check Call Report every 7 days taking into account the past 30 days to HR’s email. This allows flexibility in the type of report, how often it is to be sent and also who is to receive it.
