IP Call Manager is an automatic call logging system that further underpins customer service and lone worker health and safety commitments. A record of time and attendance at customers sites can be achieved by employees making a phone call to book on and off their shifts, as well as making check calls to confirm their welfare. Dynamic monitoring of your mobile workforce can be found in Logosoft’s Monitor, which provides real-time attendance updates to the Control Room on one screen.

Call validation using caller ID can be used to eliminate unauthorised absences.

IP Call Manager requires no phone-lines or hardware onsite, saving money on both line rental and IT costs. Logosoft provides customers with a local rate, dedicated telephone number for their guards to dial.
