inTouch is a smartphone application that provides an automated check call service, offering both proof of presence and safety to employees. The app is downloadable from both Google Play Store and iOS App Store.
A geo-fenced radius can be outlined in Roster Manager to enhance proof of presence and safety. Employees can book on, make a check call or book off using the same intuitive app whilst an informative response confirms whether their intended action has been successful: whether they have booked on/made a check call; they are too early to book on; they are a certain distance outside of the pre-set radius.
Duress alerts can also be raised within the app, including the employee’s GPS location to allow quick responses to incidents.
Site induction information can be displayed to employees that attend a new location. This information can be carefully selected per site to provide relevant, up-to-date information only. Employees will be asked to confirm that they have read and understood this information, saving time and money on line-manager expenses. A time and date stamp of the employee’s acceptance can be found in Roster Manager to enhance compliance.
