We have used Logosoft for longer than 18 years, it replaced our rostering system and enabled us to grow and better manage our staff. We have added to the core system and continue to do so, working with Logosoft has ensured we are able to keep an effective operational edge and utilise all of our assets effectively.
We have trialled other similar systems, however Logosoft continues to provide the best in service and has also been recommended by our external auditors as having a simple and easy to use interface.
The main benefit of Patrol Manager is that it is all in ‘real-time’, there is no need to visit sites and download patrol data – that information is old news whereas with the information from Patrol Manager we can monitor what the guards are doing at all times and react immediately to any problems.
We have been using Logosoft since 1999 – and during this period the system has supported Kingdom through major organisational growth, proving to be a robust and scalable solution in meeting our (and the industry’s) changing requirements over the years, we will continue to invest in the system as we grow the business further. The service we have received has been consistently first rate and I would not hesitate in recommending Logosoft.

Logosoft Roster Manager and Logosoft Call Manager allow us to provide our service efficiently and effectively while maintaining access to the information we need in real time.
Since we started using the Logosoft suite of software our productivity has increased vastly. We have been able to streamline operations as well as several other areas of the business. Our Operations Managers are now able to spend more time out in the field dealing with staff and customers rather than being sat at a computer most of the day.
From a new business perspective using Logosoft has helped secure new lucrative work as well as cement our relationships with existing customers. The transparency of the system fits with our business model perfectly, which customers and potential customers love. In the year since implementing Logosoft we have secured and been considered for more work than in the previous financial year. Facilitas’ return on investment was less than 6 months due to savings alone (through increased productivity) without taking new business secured into account.
Overall our experience with both the platform and the Logosoft team has been by far the best - having used several competitors in the past I can safely say that Logosoft software and customer service are second to none.
