Logosoft Deliver Outstanding Support Throughout 2017

Logosoft’s Support Team have released their statistics for 2017.

Over 1,800 support queries were received by our Support Team over the 12-month period. They succeeded in achieving an average resolution time of just 10 minutes per query.

Sean Roche, a member of the Support Team commented: “Since I started working at Logosoft in early 2017, we have aimed to tackle support questions as efficiently and as accurately as possible. More difficult scenarios are reviewed in-depth and in collaboration by the team before we present a final solution, and this is to ensure that the customer receives the optimum fix to overcome the problem.”

The Logosoft Help Desk provides support in respect of both technical and operational issues during normal office hours (09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Customers are also able to access online resources, including a support forum, frequently asked questions page and download area.
