Support
The Logosoft Help Desk provides support in respect of both technical and operational issues during normal office hours (09:00 -17:30 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Customers are also able to access online resources, including a support forum, frequently asked questions page and download area.
Training
Training is important to both the initial implementation and continuing effective use of any non-trivial system. Initial user training is a component of any Logosoft customer proposal. Training, which may be delivered on-site but is more usually carried out in the dedicated training room at our offices, provides hands-on experience of your chosen software for individuals or small groups
Unify
Logosoft has used Unify’s development tools (Team Developer and Report Builder) to produce robust commercial applications since 1994. Over this same period we have deployed many hundreds of embedded SQLBase database seats. With our extensive Unify knowledge and experience, re-selling products in which we had such faith became a natural extension of our business
